1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Pakistan. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team at info@cityscientific.shop.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available for select locations)
• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) are eligible

Delivery times may vary based on your location and item availability.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders over PKR 10,000
• Orders below PKR 10,000 are charged a flat fee of PKR 350
• Express Shipping charges vary and will be calculated at checkout

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
• You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking info

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package through our courier partner’s website or by logging into your account.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery
• Include your order number and any photos (for damaged goods)
• We’ll resolve the issue with a refund, replacement, or credit—whichever suits you best

7. Bulk or Special Orders

For bulk orders or special equipment requiring extra care or coordination, our team may contact you for additional delivery arrangements or shipping charges.
