  1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email).

Note: Customized, special-order, or perishable items are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund—whichever you prefer.

  1. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email that we have received your returned item.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

  1. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.

  1. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
